it was great meeting the band, but i didnt get my VIP shirt, or the VIP laminate, or line up free merchandise shopping. needs better organising next time!!!
Groundctrl who control this website and take the money for the VIP experience are absolutely pathetic. The concert is today and I still haven't received the details of where to meet etc even after I contacted them a couple of days ago and they confirmed that I was to be on it. I want my fucken money back and my wife to be compensated for missing out on the experience I paid for. SO DISAPPOINTED. I'll be bagging this mob on every social network or blog I can since they clearly have not lifted a finger to provide me with the items I paid a lot of money for!!
Tickets bought, VIP package bought, wife not yet surprised yet but I think she'll love the package. North has been pumped in the car every morning since its release so looking forward to seeing the new stuff live and of course the old stuff too.
